High Estrogen protocol

Patient Protocol

Before you start working on your hormones, you should ensure that your gut and digestive system are optimized from using the previous protocols.

The diet choices we make can have a large influence on our hormonal health. There is vast information available to explain the benefits of various diets, so we won’t get into much detail here. Basically, our only advice is to make sure you are avoiding xenoestrogens (artificial estrogens) in the food supply by eating organic dairy, butter, and meat. Avoiding conventionally raised meat, eggs, and dairy will help you avoid some of the worst toxic estrogens in the food supply. Also, it is important to eat local and organic food as much as possible. GMO and conventionally grown fruits and veggies have an enormous toxin load and should be avoided if possible.

Most of the toxins—herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides—used in farming act like estrogens inside our bodies. How can you have hormone balance if your body is constantly exposed to artificial hormones from your food? If your goal is hormone balance, you should be committed to purchasing and/or growing the best food possible.

Dynamic Hormone Balance – 1 scoop 2 times per day for 30 or more days. Once symptoms improve, reduce the dose to 2 scoops 2 times per day for only the 7 days preceding menstruation. For example, if your cycle is 28 days long, this means you would drink 2 shakes per day on days 22–28, and then stop when your cycle begins. Repeat this each month if necessary. Dynamic Hormone Balance gives the body extra support for detoxifying estrogen and helping to convert estrogen in the calming and protective 2-OH estrogen. Dynamic Hormone Balance can be used on an ongoing basis to support healthy estrogen metabolism.

Fruits & Greens – 1 scoop twice a day. Daily drink with antioxidant power of 20+ servings of fruits and vegetables. A great tasting, nutrient-rich superfood with whole food concentrates to provide synergistic phytonutrient nutrition.

Estro Balance– 2 capsules 2 times per day with meals. Provides the same estrogen-balance and detox-supporting nutrition as Dynamic Hormone Balance but in a tablet instead of a powder. Provides methylation support and phytoestrogen extracts to improve estrogen detoxification through the 2-OH pathway.

Myo-Inositol Complex – 6 capsules per day. This versatile supplement contains myo-inositol, which improves insulin resistance, helping to decrease testosterone and balance female hormones. This product has been used successfully to treat polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and it helps women regulate their cycle.

I-3-C Plus – 1 capsule 3 times per day with meals. Contains the active ingredient Indole-3-Carbinol from the cruciferous vegetable family. This compound contains DIM and aids the liver in creating healthy 2-OH estrogens, reducing estrogen dominance.

Chasteberry – 1 capsule 2 times per day with meals. Provides herbal support for progesterone production which helps alleviate symptoms of PMS and estrogen dominance.
