30 year old female TBI x 12 years. Enteral nutrition, total care, nonverbal, suprapubic catheter, and in a wheelchair. Severe seizure activity x 2 years with liver enzymes elevated. Has been on a PPI for 10 months and was hospitalized due to Cdiff infection 2 months ago. Poor kidney function after Cdiff resulted in suprapubic catheter. OAT is attached.
