    Marsha’s Protocol:

    GSE Pro / INF-Fighter / C-PEL / B-Cleanse (2 pairs rotating every 4 days…)

    GI Defend – 1 TID

    L-Glutamine 5-10g – TID

    Binder Pro – away from food 2.5 hours after or 30 minutes before

    Liquid Calcium Citrate / capsule will work too – 100mg approx. at the beginning of meals

    Benfotiamine – 100mg TID with or without meals

    Niacinamide – 500-1000mg BID with or without meals

    Elixinol CBD – 100-300mg in divided doses per day

    KS / Dr. Brian Opp’s Protocol:

    Multivitamin or B Complex – needs something to support B complex;

    Stress Essentials SERENITY – 1 capsule every waking hour from 6am – 10am (5 hours in a row)

    Stress Essentials BALANCE – 2 capsules around 2-3pm

    Sleep Support GOODNIGHT / CORTISOL PRO – 2-4 capsules BEFORE BED

    Liposomal DHEA – 15mg (3 dopperfulls)

    ProgonB 4x L (Bezwecken) – 10 drops at night from day 15-28 / end of her cycle. Stop taking it when the cycle shows back up. IF she has an IUD then take the progesterone 40mg per day ongoing.

    ND Dr. Opp’s Protocol:

    Frequent small meals, to build metabolism and inhibit the need for cortisol during the day, fasting. Only fast at night.

    Liposomal DHEA – 5mg AM and 5mg PM

    B Complex – 2 QD

    Thyroid Complex – 2 BID

    L-Tyrosine – 2 BID

    I3C Plus – 1 BID

    EstroBalance – 1 BID
