600mg Ibuprofen QID to avoid Opiods
Had eye hemorrhage and bleeding in the posterior eye compartment. Blamed on “age” and is considered “normal” for someone her age.
What is the root cause of the bleed?
Histamine increasing permeability globally through the body.
Lack of ascorbic acid / Vitamin C over a long period of time promotes collagen degeneration.
Cortisol over long periods of time degenerates connective tissue, liberating amino acids from storage all over the body leads to degeneration.
Surgery stress – inflammation control, then building new tissue from scratch further depletes the pools of raw materials, esp. water soluble antioxidants like Vitamin C.
As Vitamin C drops, collagen production decreases all over the body – weak skin, ligament, gut lining, etc.
PROTOCOL
500C Methoxyflavone – 1 TID
Collagen Renew – 3 scoops TID for a month, then reduce dose
Chondro-Relief – 4 QD per day
Bone Broth – 1-2 servings per day
B-Complex as needed
Rebound, vibration plate, movement – collagen will be laid down and be stronger with movement;
Swimming / resistance training ideally isometrics due to changes in ligament, tendon length/strength
