In Progress
The Big Three Microbial Byproducts that Impair Methylation
Three very important methylation-destroying gut toxins can increase anxiety, pain, insomnia, brain fog, headaches, and more: phenols, aromatic amino acids, and aldehydes. These chemicals, which are pooped out by the bacteria and yeasts in our intestines, easily find their way into our liver and the rest of our body. And when we consider how these bacterial compounds produced in the gut influence our methylation cycle, we can see that gut infections can halt progress in someone who is trying to fix methylation problems. You are about to discover all the different ways phenols, aromatic amino acids, and aldehydes can impact your methylation cycle and wreck your health.
