60 y/o female. Heterozygous C677t. DUTCH and OAT indicated low methylation. Is on methylation support and increased it but homocysteine decreased to 4.1……then lowered methylation support and added samE 400mg. Homocysteine increased to 5.7. Later added Lipoflow and now homocysteine is low again at 4.2. Should she d/c the samE and continue the Lipoflow? Or?

22yof Patient
CC – Debiliating GI Symptoms; considering a possible endometriosis issue; had some bad food in February (food poisoning) and has had some very poor looking diarrhea since then; stool more yellow and loose, although she has always had yellow stool her entire life…
GOAL – Solve my debilitating digestive issues from the past 9 months, as well as look into my medical history to see how it is all tied together in hopes of fixing long term problems that led to the digestion issues. Tested positive for methane SIBO but not sure if thats all that’s in play. I am no longer able to work and have almost dropped out of college because I am so sick.
bloating/gas (trapped and comes out of nowhere, feels like the gas is causing the constipation) elimination diet, enteragam, atrantil, gas x, charcoal, peppermint, digestive enzymes, probiotics, antibiotics
constipation (with soft stool)/mucus elimination diet, enteragam, atrantil, gas x, charcoal, peppermint, digestive enzymes, probiotics, antibiotics
off and on extreme diarrhea/steatorrhea elimination diet, enteragam, pepto bismol, florastor
nausea elimination diet, enteragam, atrantil, gas x, charcoal, peppermint, digestive enzymes, probiotics, antibiotics
sudden food sensitivities to most foods elimination diet, enteragam, atrantil, gas x, charcoal, peppermint, digestive enzymes, probiotics, antibiotics
horrible tingling in stomach when constipated or trapped gaselimination diet, enteragam, atrantil, gas x, charcoal, peppermint, digestive enzymes, probiotics, antibiotics
PANDAS/OCD/anxiety DAO, avoiding artificial dyes
Histamine/MCAS/Cold Urticaria DAO and antihistamines
EDS/chronic pain chiropractic work, orthotics
POTS no treatment
DIGESTIVE: had a sensitive stomach to dairy, avoided it most of her life until HS and College when she started to eat like crap, S.A.D. diet issues; I believe I got food poisoning in late February, to which I had an immediate reaction to, but did not get worse to a debilitating degree until a month after the food poisoning
DIET – NO MATTER what she eats, no change or improvement; currently eating
BOWEL HABITS – horrible constipation with diarrhea, very this, ribbon stool, yellow in color and very unhealthy; since March of this year her pattern has been yellow, small diameter, very soft and poorly formed;
CHRONIC GAS – trapped in her bowels and has to wait hours and hours for it to come out naturally; just from drinking water and having any kind of food in the morning…she will trigger a large amount of gas production;
SIBO TREATMENT – confirmed via LBT and has (2) rounds xifaxin; but still no change actually a little worse after doing this for (2) weeks;
CHRONIC BLOATING – size of the abdomen swells and bloats as the day goes on;
FIBROUS, WOODY GREEN VEGGIES – very difficult to digest, raw fibrous veggies cause her lots of issues;
SLEEP:
HORMONES:
VITS/SUPPS: Tried different strain specific probiotics to deal with the GI symptoms and SIBO; didn’t do anything;
CURRENT SUPPLEMENTS:
* None on fileMEDS/LABS:
Upper Endoscopy – small hiatal hernia;
Blood Labs August 2023 – below normal folate, low B12; low D3;

22 yof TOXIC MOLD PROTOCOL
Binding agent – Binder Pro
Glutathione – Liposomal Glutathione
Aromatic Anti-Fungals – liquid tincture or essential oil gelcap form will deliver the medicinal effect of the herbs further into the respiratory tract. – Nutracidin / Fungalytic Compound
Coffee Enemas – best tool for drainage
Environmental testing, air quality…
** IF drainage is poor, ie swollen ankles, sore hands and feet in the morning, lymphatic stasis, etc. then use drainage procedures for a 2-4 week period before the killing process can begin; enemas and proteolytic enzymes on an empty stomach (3 Nutrazyme TID 30 minutes before or 2.5 hours after meals).
