I am seeing a lot of elevated ammonia on the OAT especially with impaired methylation. Could you further explain the different steps of homocysteine breaking down into glutathione on the bottom portion of your diagram?

A 55-year-old estrogen dominant female had high ammonia on her OAT and did tolerate NAC or taurine, which are sulfur compounds. Ultrasound revealed no gallstones.

A patient question from Dr. Opp: Patient has extreme bloating, high anxiety, pain around the rib cage in the area of the diaphragm. Had a previous neck injury that resulted in her being in a halo.
